Frequently Asked Questions


How do I create an account?

Simply go to www.utssupply.com/UTSRegister to enter your information to create your online account. If you don’t already, you will also be able to apply for credit terms there.


How do I log into my account?

Simply click on the Login/Register text on the top right, which will open a box where you can enter this information.


How do I apply for credit terms?

When you first register your account you can apply for credit terms. Credit terms give you trade service pricing and other benefits.


You can apply for credit terms at any time here: www.utssupply.com/Credit-Application. You will need to select between a Commercial Credit Application here: www.utssupply.com/Credit-Application-Customer-Applicationor a Municipal Credit Application here: www.utssupply.com/Credit-Application-Municipal-Application.


There you can fill out and submit your credit information online.


I forgot my password? How do I log in?

Go to www.utssupply.com/ForgotPassword. There you will be able to enter the email address you used to set up your account and you’ll receive a link to that email to set up a new password.  If you don’t remember the email address associated with your account, please reach out to customer service at 1-866-580-1818 or sales@utssupply.com.

What is a Quick Order?

Quick Order lets you easily create an online order in three different ways. www.utssupply.com/QuickCartStandard


There are three ways to enter a quick order of up to 20 lines:

  • Upload an Excel document with the product and quantity you need. Download a template here: QuickCartExample.xlsx
  • Use our online form to enter the part number, manufacturer part number, or customer part number plus the quantity you want
  • Copy/paste the product and quantity you need into a form.


How can I request a quote?

To request a quote for an order, please fill out the form here: www.utssupply.com/RequestForQuote. There you can include the product, quantity, any notes about the order, and the date that the quote is needed.


How do I save a product for later?

If you see a product that you want to save for later research or purchase you can easily do this with the “Add to List” functionality. By clicking this text, you can add a product to a new or existing Product List. See all Product Lists in My Account here: www.utssupply.com/SavedGroups/Products


How do I save a cart for later?

If you have added products to a cart, but need to save it for a later time, you can do this easily. Simply click on the cart icon at the top right. From the cart view, you can either:


What is “add/remove my part number”?

If you are logged into your account, you will see text to “Add/Remove My Part Number.” This allows you to manage your customer part numbers.


How do I compare products?

You can compare individual products from a category page or search page. Simply click on the box next to the text “Compare” to compare up to five different products. Then, select the Compare text to compare items. This will open a new page with detailed information including price, description, and product specifications. To more easily navigate the page, you can also highlight similarities or differences between the selected products. You can clear or update the list of products to compare at any time.


Ordering & Shipping


How can I change or cancel my order?

UTS Supply does not accept cancellations or returns on special order items, including but not limited to any items that have been custom fabricated. To change or cancel your order, please contact UTS Supply at 1-866-580-1818 or sales@utssupply.com.


Can I reorder from past orders?

Go to the Past Orders page of My Account here: www.utssupply.com/OrderHistory. There, you can select the REORDER button to the right of the order information. Then, you’ll be able to select all items from your past order, or just the items you want, to place your new order.


How do I return an order?

If you receive a product that does not meet your needs or expectations, we can generally accept product returns. However, some products may require vendor pre-approval or may be non-refundable. For details on our return policy, please visit: www.utssupply.com/Returns-Policy.


I have an emergency order, what are my options?

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! As you checkout, simply select “Will Call” rather than “Shipping” under Delivery Method. You will then see the address of the location where your order will be available for pickup.


How soon are orders available?

Orders will be available within 2 hours of order placement. Any orders placed after 4PM EST will be available the next business day.


What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship with UPS Ground, UPS 1-Day, or our own trucks.


How can I change my Ship-To address?

You can change your shipping address during the checkout process. If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact UTS Supply immediately at 1-866-580-1818 or sales@utssupply.com. After hours, you can reach us at this number: (616) 245-4373.


How can I pay for my order?

You can pay on terms or by credit card.

When you are logged into My Account, you can see your open orders here: www.utssupply.com/OpenOrderSale.action?reqType=webOrder&orderStatus=New. You can also search within your order history by order number, or purchase order (P.O.) number.


How can I see past orders?

When you are logged into My Account, you can see your past orders here: www.utssupply.com/OrderHistory. You can also search within your order history by invoice number, order number, or purchase order (P.O.) number.


How can I see open bids?

When you are logged into My Account, you can see any open bids here: www.utssupply.com/OpenOrderSale.action?reqType=BID&orderStatus=New


How can I see past invoices?

When you are logged into My Account, you can see your past invoices here: www.utssupply.com/OrderHistory?type=I. You can also search within your order history by invoice number, order number, or purchase order (P.O.) number.

I can’t find the product that I’m looking for.

If you have tried searching by part number or product name, and you still aren’t having luck, you have a couple options:


I can’t log into my account.

If you are having trouble logging into your account at www.utssupply.com/UTSRegister, first try refreshing your page.


If you need to reset your password, go to www.utssupply.com/ForgotPassword. There you will be able to enter you’re the email address you used to set up your account and you’ll receive a link sent to that email to set up a new password.
